We ship using Express.If you order more goods or customize goods, you can contact us to change the shipping method.
We aim to dispatch your order by the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you with the tracking number. Your order should arrive with you 7-12 business days later, depending on your location.
Returnsย
We hope you love your VigorousHome products but we understand that there are occasions when youโll want to return items to us.
Any unwanted items can be returned for free within 60 days of your purchase, provided they’re unused and in their original packaging.
You will receive a free returns label within your order packaging, plus we’ll send it to you on email once we’ve confirmed your order.
Once your returned items have been received, we’ll check them over and refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to post in your account.
Overseas returns
Please write on the packaging that the item is a return to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so incurs customs charges that we are not liable for, as a result, we will deduct any such fees from your refund amount.
You can return an item even if you just donโt like it* however, all non-faulty items must be unused, and in exactly the same condition as you received them.
The product box(es) must also be undamaged and suitable for resale.
*Please Note: Any used items, special orders, custom items, or products designed through our custom section cannot be returned for a refund.
Packing your returns
Please reuse the original packaging when returning items to us.
We will not accept items that are not in their original condition (and product box) or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Faulty items
Whilst itโs rare that there are faults with our products, it does sometimes happen.
If your item is faulty, email wilson@vigoroushome.com and weโll refund, fix or send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

While our brushed solid brass cabinet hardware is lacquered to prevent corrosion, we do recommendย regular cleaning with a microfibre cloth and warm soapy water followed by drying the product thoroughly. As brass is a soft material, please avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths when cleaning.
By following the steps above you will prolong the life of the lacquer, but as with allย solid brass hardware please be aware that natural agingย to this beautiful material is to be expected.
